Still Burrrr

Well, we reached our coldest temperatures yet this winter. It is currently -20. I'm hoping it warms up a little before Sadie comes to visit. Sadie, for those of you that don't remember is the dog of one of Eric's coworkers. Sadie will be joining our crew on Friday evening and will be here for 2 weeks. It's always a tense few days in the beginning, but by the end of the time everyone tolerates each other. It will be cold taking her for walks if the temp doesn't warm up! Of course, I don't think it can get any worse then last year when we had -30 temps the whole time she was here. That was tough! This is the reason that we don't have and probably will never have an inside dog. Cats are just so much easier to take care of. They practically take care of themselves. If only we could get them to clean the litter box! Well, I'm going to try to get something done today now that it is light enough out. Later ~

Wow, it sounds cold! It's 48 degrees here in Palmdale, California. My son and his wife are in Fairbanks, AK. He's in the Army and is having a real hard time adjusting. He's been there since February and wants to come home. My wife misses him and wants him home too. I think it sounds like an adventure.
